“Mr. Truelove is an amazingly engaging speaker. I absolutely love the way he utilizes real world experiences to transform the views of adults serving students. His approach challenges educators to find a way to transform barriers into bridges by investing in building relationships needed to help each and every student rise above.”

MAKING MENTAL HEALTH A PRIORITY
Relationships are the cause and cure for the biggest challenges in education. Teacher satisfaction and retention, academic performance, truancy, behavior, and parent engagement are all impacted by relationships. In order for our schools to become a desired destination for all, we have to cultivate a more positive and connected environment.
Cultivating relationships with a diverse group of people isn’t a skill set that every educator has mastered. Bridging the Connection Gap is designed to equip educators with the tools needed to increase connection and establish trust to develop stronger relationships.
BRIDGING THE CONNECTION GAP
Every district and school has a mission that requires an all-in commitment from faculty and staff, to complete their assignment, in order to achieve the ultimate goal. Being an educator comes with many challenges that can shift our focus away from being all-in on our assignment. Committed to the Mission is the message educators need to reignite their passion and reconnect them to the reason they chose to become an educator. Educators will leave with a fresh perspective on what to do, why they’re doing it, and who they’re doing it for. The mission in front of them may be challenging, but the mission is possible.
COMMITTED TO THE MISSION
Organizations that are successful have a foundation and culture established on the principle of We over Me. Their individual desires aren’t the first priority, the needs of the team are. In the fast-paced and ever-changing world of education, it’s impossible to have team success without sacrifice.
